As an Assistant Process Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for conducting process audits, analyzing data using tools like SAP and Excel, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. You will work closely with the Process Engineering Manager to ensure that manufacturing processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct process audits and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze production data using SAP and Excel to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and implement process improvement plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and maintain process documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical support to the production team, addressing process-related issues and ensuring smooth operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen events and Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in process engineering.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of process control systems and instrumentation.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Excel for data analysis.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
