📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the finance department, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documents.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.,Train and mentor junior finance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proven experience in managing finance teams and departments.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
