📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.
  • Ensure food safety and quality by following hygiene and sanitation protocols.
  • Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
  • Prepare and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
  • Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian and/or Western cuisine is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of English is required.
  • Valid food handler's certificate is a plus.
