📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock records.,Process and manage customer orders, including order entry, verification, and fulfillment.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.,Collaborate with the operations team to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to operations.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Perform other duties as assigned by the operations manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or operations environment.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and order processing systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
