📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in implementing retail strategies and plans.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to meet company standards.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.,Assist in merchandising activities to enhance store appeal.,Participate in store promotions and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.
