📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all HR activities and processes,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Coordinate with senior management on HR matters

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proficient in using HR management software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
