📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the site, including buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.,Ensuring all safety protocols are followed and that the site is a safe working environment.,Managing and coordinating with contractors and vendors for site improvements and repairs.,Conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.,Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.,Preparing and maintaining detailed records of all site activities and maintenance work.,Assisting in the development and implementation of site improvement projects.,Providing guidance and support to junior staff and contractors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with construction and maintenance equipment.
