📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.,Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity.,Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns in a timely manner.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address issues.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.,Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
