CV Visi Wibawa is seeking a dedicated Deputy Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, designing, and implementing training programs and initiatives.,Coordinate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and objectives.,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the budgeting and resource allocation for training programs.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
