Berjaya Investment is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. This is an immediate opening for a dynamic and experienced professional to manage our fleet operations efficiently.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring the vehicles are well-maintained, and the drivers are safe and compliant with regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company fleet.

Ensure all vehicles are well-maintained and roadworthy.

Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Monitor fuel consumption and cost efficiency.

Ensure all drivers are compliant with safety regulations and company policies.

Manage and maintain fleet documentation and records.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for fleet maintenance.

Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.

Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.

Proven track record of managing a fleet efficiently and cost-effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field.
