📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food production.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement of food ingredients.,Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure all food items are prepared and served according to the restaurant's standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local and international cuisine.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
