As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
