We are looking for a dedicated and organized Inventory Staff to join our team at Bahagia Joko Auto Service in Gowa. This is an immediate opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our inventory management system. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels are adequate, and supporting the sales and operational teams with timely information.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update inventory records accurately and promptly.,Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.,Monitor stock levels and place orders for restocking as needed.,Assist in the organization and storage of inventory items.,Support the sales team by providing information on product availability.,Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely receipt of orders.,Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and analyses.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.) are a must.
