📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project completion.,Monitor departmental performance and implement improvements as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the department in meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
