📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in/check-out procedures.,Provide information about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Assist with reservations and room assignments.,Monitor and record guest arrivals and departures.,Assist with event and conference arrangements as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role (preferred but not required).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hotel management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Customer service-oriented mindset and a passion for hospitality.
