📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of crew members, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and performing at their best.,Oversee daily operations, including check-in/check-out processes, room service, and guest assistance.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.,Monitor and report on team performance and operational metrics.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
