📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, both internally and externally.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends.,Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Knowledge of the digital marketing industry is a plus.
