📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed using our warehouse management system.Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time and in full.Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.Monitor inventory levels and place orders for restocking as needed.Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and prevent losses.Work closely with the procurement team to ensure that inventory is received and processed in a timely manner.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Knowledge of warehouse management systems and best practices.Familiarity with health and safety regulations and protocols.Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as work in a physically demanding environment.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both internal and external stakeholders.Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.🛠️ Keahlian
