Sentosa Manufacturing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality products to both existing and potential customers in Lampung.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong desire to achieve sales targets. You will work closely with our sales team and have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Lampung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of customers in Lampung.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying new customers and increasing sales to existing ones.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Present our products and services effectively to potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Submit regular sales reports and participate in team meetings.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Promote and participate in company events and promotions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Lampung market and customer base.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
