📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the tobacco industry.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for sales growth.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote our products.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of products and services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our sales strategies remain effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience in sales, preferably in the tobacco or FMCG industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
