📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including coordinating with vendors, setting up venues, and managing event logistics.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring they are clean, functional, and ready for events.,Manage staff and volunteers, assigning tasks and ensuring they are completed on time and to the required standards.,Interact with clients to understand their needs and ensure their banquet events are tailored to their preferences.,Monitor budgets and expenses, ensuring that events are completed within the allocated budget.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the banquet facilities.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet staff or event management roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of banquet facilities, equipment, and event planning software.,Familiarity with local regulations and health and safety standards.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
