📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the museum's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the procurement process, including the negotiation and execution of contracts with vendors and suppliers.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.,Prepare and present financial reports to the museum's board of directors and other stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the efficient and effective use of financial resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and procurement, with a strong track record of success.,Proven experience in managing budgets and financial operations.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Familiarity with the arts and cultural sector is a plus.
