📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, working closely with our maintenance team.Monitor vehicle usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are aware of vehicle maintenance schedules and safety procedures.Manage fuel and other vehicle expenses, ensuring they are within budget.Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance to senior management.Participate in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies and policies.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.Strong understanding of fleet management software and practices.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.Ability to travel as needed for fleet inspections and maintenance.🛠️ Keahlian
