PT Langit Inti is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Officer to join our team in Singkawang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the overall success of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping employees reach their full potential.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Coordinate with management to address workforce planning and development needs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and improving employee satisfaction.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
