📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Monitor bank accounts and reconcile bank statements,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings,Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus
