📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design effective training solutions.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure the successful implementation of training programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials and resources.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management systems and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Certifications in learning and development (e.g., ATD, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
