📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to the management team.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of the company's legal and compliance practices.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations and ensure that the company is up-to-date.
  • Manage and oversee legal matters, including contracts, disputes, and litigation.
  • Ensure that the company's business practices are in line with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide training and education to employees on legal and compliance matters.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations.
  • Excellent knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
