As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth operations in our auto service shop. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with vehicle maintenance and repair services.,Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.,Provide information about products and services to customers.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Clean and organize the shop to ensure a pleasant environment for customers.,Work with the team to ensure all services are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Assist in training new employees.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.,Familiarity with auto repair and maintenance is a plus.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic computer skills are a must.,Physical fitness to handle various tasks in the shop.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
