As a Final Pay Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our payroll processes, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws, and maintaining the financial health of our organization. You will work closely with our HR team, teachers, and administrative staff to process salaries, benefits, and other compensation-related matters. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports to the HR department and management.
• Maintain and update employee records, including tax information and benefit enrollments.
• Calculate and distribute employee bonuses, commissions, and other compensation.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits to all employees.
• Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll and compensation.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Indonesian tax laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and accounting.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
• Previous experience working in an international environment is a plus.
