📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs using our advanced front desk software.
• Handle reservations and bookings, including confirming, modifying, and canceling reservations.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining, and other services to enhance the guest experience.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest operations.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist with special requests and events, ensuring they run smoothly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or receptionist role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with front desk software such as Opera, Sabre, or similar systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Customer service certification (e.g., Bellagio, Marriott, or similar) is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
