📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize the daily operations of the Bitung branch to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing leadership and mentorship to drive performance and morale.
• Coordinate logistics operations, including fleet management, route planning, and delivery scheduling.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies, conducting regular audits and training sessions.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
