📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify opportunities and risks for our clients
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business models and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable business solutions
• Lead and mentor junior business analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data visualization
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and deliver impactful solutions
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data through rigorous validation and testing processes
• Communicate complex business concepts and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
