📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and mentor a team of marketing and sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison products, including Indosat and 3.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Set and track sales targets, providing regular reports to management on progress and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
• Use tools like CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media platforms to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Certification in digital marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
