As a LATAM Logistics Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless supply chain operations, from inventory management to last-mile delivery, all while working a night shift to meet the unique demands of our clients.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. You’ll work closely with our drivers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that our clients’ needs are met. You’ll also be responsible for training and mentoring our team, helping them to develop their skills and reach their full potential.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage night shift logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery coordination.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to clients in Bali, working closely with our drivers and warehouse staff.
• Monitor and optimize logistics routes and schedules using GPS tracking systems like Google Maps or Waze.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
• Train and mentor logistics team members, focusing on safety, efficiency, and customer service.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics operations, including delivery times, fuel usage, and incident reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and implement improvements to our logistics processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on night shift operations.
• Proven experience in overseeing logistics teams and ensuring efficient operations.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license and experience with driving in Bali’s traffic conditions.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends, as required.
