• Answer customer inquiries in Mandarin, providing clear and accurate information about our health insurance products and services.

• Assist customers with policy changes, claims processing, and other service requests.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring all interactions are professional and friendly.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Good knowledge of health insurance products and services.
• Willingness to travel and work in Bali.
