Corporate Venture Lead

As a Corporate Venture Lead, you'll be at the forefront of our venture capital initiatives, identifying and nurturing promising startups, and fostering a culture of innovation. You'll collaborate with a diverse team of investors, entrepreneurs, and industry experts to create impactful ventures that drive economic growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the identification and evaluation of high-potential startups for investment.
• Develop and implement venture capital strategies to maximize returns on investments.
• Conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial, market, and competitive analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and industry partners.
• Monitor portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and support.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform investment decisions.
• Prepare and present investment proposals to the board of directors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and corporate policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful investments and portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with venture capital software such as DealCloud or Crunchbase is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
