📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service at our resort's dining area.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Recommend menu items based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Handle cash transactions and provide change as needed.
• Assist with table setup and cleanup between shifts.
• Promote our resort's special events and packages to guests.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort or high-end restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluency in English is a plus, but knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is beneficial.
