📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and execute capital markets transactions, including equity and debt issuances, mergers and acquisitions, and other financial instruments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to capital markets operations.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support the company's financial goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders in the capital markets.
• Monitor market trends and economic conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of capital markets activities with other business functions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in capital markets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in capital markets, with a strong background in equity and debt issuances, mergers and acquisitions, and other financial instruments.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of capital markets regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with financial software and tools such as Bloomberg Terminal, Refinitiv Eikon, or similar platforms.
