Head of Quality Control

As Head of Quality Control, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, while also fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our team.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control strategies, conduct regular audits and inspections, and provide leadership and guidance to our quality control team. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement quality control strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the quality control team, including training and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are integrated into all aspects of our operations.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the quality control team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality control and compliance.
• Ensure that all quality control processes are documented and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Certification in ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, or a related quality management system.
• Strong knowledge of quality control tools and techniques, including statistical process control, failure mode and effects analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, transportation, or logistics environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and innovation in quality control processes.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
