📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including stocking and cleaning.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with a positive attitude.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high standards of service.
- Participate in training and development opportunities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, with basic knowledge of local dialects.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
