📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct regular field visits to customers to collect motorcycle loan repayments.
- Track and manage collections using our in-house collection system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections and communications.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure timely repayments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
- Collaborate with the collections team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in collections or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with our in-house collection system.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
