📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive profitability and growth in the construction and trading sectors.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the construction and trading sectors.
• Proven track record of driving profitability and growth in similar roles.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices, including PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
